Practice Improvements

Our practice actively seeks and responds to concerns, compliments or comments.

A suggestion box is located in the reception area for any matter you would like us to know about.  You can do this anonymously should you desire. Or we can respond to you direct if leaving your name and contact details.

Our most recent patient questionniare was completed late 2017.  Overall, 99% of our patients think we’re good, very good or excellent.

What you told us:  “I didnt know of the after hours service” . What we’ve done: Enhanced the after hours page on this website, enhanced waiting room signage and enhanced our overnight answering machine message.  Next time you are in the practice, we are happy to discuss the after hours service with you direct.

We have also enhanced our practice facilities. Securing a second mechanical lift examination couch, new telephone and messageing system and an upgrade to our clincial software used by the GP’s. This is in addition to our online appointments and online prescription requests introduced late 2016.
